Car taken for the first time to the Utrecht trade ...

Car taken for the first time to the Utrecht trade garage for an annual service. Several points were downright sloppy and amateurish:
- Blown fuse at the last minute, preventing me from taking the car
- no replacement car offered
- part that had been replaced, not properly fastened so that I could return within a week
- a much higher mileage is noted in the maintenance booklet than actually
- invoice is incomplete and unclear
Two stars in the end due to the service after it went wrong. Catered for with a vacuumed out car and chocolate. Unfortunately a bitter aftertaste.
