We installed an elevator of this brand because they were the ones we had heard better about. In fact, although the price was slightly more substantial than the competition, we chose a local and non-multinational company for obvious quality reasons and to install a Rossini product because they were able to make us understand some mechanisms of the "lift sector", where basically that portion spent more initially is a source of greater guarantees and reliability of the product itself and which would have returned widely over the years, saving extraordinary maintenance for the replacement of parts and components, which as we all know well by now, often come today "built" to last not too long beyond the seller's guarantee. To date, two abundant years have passed since the installation and so far, in addition to the scheduled maintenance costs, we have not actually been asked for 1 euro more than what was foreseen and agreed and frankly I can say that this is seriousness. On the other hand, we hope that the guarantees provided can be confirmed in the years to come, continuing to entrust them with the entire management of the plant.
