Incredibly friendly staff. It is their goal to fulfill all of your requests immediately. Indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. They had a movie playing in the conference room for the kids. Quick 3 minute walk to the gondola, and they'll have your skis waiting for you at the bottom of so no carrying them. Probably the best Marriott I've stayed at.
