This company is absolutely a joke. All the negative reviews about them here are 100% true. The washing machine and the dryer in my building take coins but don't let you choose any service. I've called Coinamatic customer service 4 or 5 times over the last two weeks and they always told be that it would be fixed within 24-48 hours. As of today it hasn't been fixed. In fact, the customer service lady told me that my ticket has not been escalated before so I have no idea what they did.
Also, when you call them and listen to that automatic speech on the background while waiting for someone to answer the phone, the speech says how great their customer service is and how client-oriented they are, it is absolute nonsense and has nothing to do with the reality but rather just pisses people off.
