Loved Soho Urban Wax! Went there on a whim. It looks pricey but I thought it was very reasonable and the girls that work there are great. Really nice clothing too and smelly good stuff, oils, soaps etc.
You found the Best waxing studio around!! Don'tgo anywhere else. You'll know why after just 1 visit... Chee-Chee is professional, super friendly & just a doll. Her staff is always so nice the studio is the cleanest ever... you feel comfortable & relaxed, we tell all our Bride's about her.

I used a groupon for Brazilian and they tack on seven dollars for "crack" Ive been getting waxed about ten years. Brazilian includes crack. That means even their website is false advertising because it doesnt say anything about crack add on for brazilian only other waxes. So their groupon is false advertising its not half off and they charged my credit card twice. What a head ache.
Owners are awful nasty people my friends won t be going s there again and I regret going with them I highly recommend anywhere else.
Chee-Chee is Amazing! The studio is clean. From start to finish she'll leave you at ease while engaging in great convo whilst snatching away!
The owner is crazy. Forcing a handicap man to park so far away from his apartment upstairs because they want to feel "special" like they own the whole block, but they dont even own the smaller parking lot in the back where the actual tenants and owners of the adjacent businesses all parked. Put a fence with a chain and lock blocking their front door in the back of the store. So ridiculous

If I could leave less stars I would. The girls who were there were great. However I had an incident where the owner needed to be called up to the store and she was the most inappropriate, Inconsiderate, nasty, woman I ever met. I was hysterical crying from the results and she was immediately very defensive instead of apologizing and working with me. She made me feel as if it was MY FAULT. She is nasty miserable woman and she Wants her customers to feel that way too. Don t go here unless you want to be miserable. THIS IS SPEAKING JUST FOR THE OWNER the other girls were great.
