Shannon Jackson was an amazing customer care coordinator! She is a very welcoming, extremely friendly individual who helped me through the process of completing my application and moving into my new apartment. She is very easy to get a hold of and most importantly she is down to earth and honest. I am very excited to move into my new place I can't wait!
