Completely fine buffalo wings. The "hot" was described as about like Frank's Red Hot, which it was. Unfortunately, the homemade sauce pretty much tasted like Franks, which is a decent sauce, but the inventor of the wing should be able to easily outperform a bottled sauce from McCormick. If the sauce had been great I could have forgiven the lack of variety of other sauces compared to, say, Buffalo Wild Wings. The traditional wings were the best, the boneless could have used a bit less breading, though the potato wedges that came with the latter were the best part of the food. Kitchen seemed to send everything up in big batches, so it took quite a while even though the restaurant didn't seem full. Breadth of tasty local beers on tap, including one with a cinnamon-sugar rim for fall, yum. A number of locals and regulars, including a restauranteur couple, but also a bunch of tourists like myself buying t-shirts. Decor is fun and they seem to have a complete set of public safety uniform patches. All the locals I spoke to afterwards recommended Duff's, which unfortunately does not have a location in Buffalo proper.
