Booked an executive double room with king bed. Arrived with no welcome whatsoever. After a while I was booked into a room on the second floor. I asked for the room size in feet. "what do you mean in size" said the front desk. It get worse. He booked me into a lower grade room with no wifi working. After complaining to hotel manager comes up with her phone to "check if I telling the truth" I guess. After spending 30 more minutes on the phone with technician he accepts there is a wifi issue. They move me to another room which the hotel manager claims is an upgrade. It's not its the original room I booked and paying for with a king bed this time. Order room service"worst food at a hotel I have ever eatered with steak that needs a chain saw to cut through. I am paying top dollar and I am staying at a Marriott level hotel in London at tree top priced. My advice stay somewhere else and put your money into another hotel. Feel ripped off. Very manipulative room selective with little difference between execute double room and executive studio and possible other room types. The hotel is OK but the staff need training.
