I bought a F-150 Lariat on 12/31 and found the Nalley staff to be friendly but not pushy. They listened and worked with me. Shout-out especially to my salesman Lyntrail Landry and finance manager Bradley Anderson.

The only two areas for improvement would be somehow making the process faster, if that is possible (I knew exactly what I wanted but it still took 4 hours). The other is the typical dealer add-ons (beyond the tax/title/tag/doc-fee). To their credit, they backed-off on those when I pushed back.

I recommend them and would buy from them again.
