Charles and the rest of the staff at Citron are nothing but class. They are there to help you navigate a fantastic dining experience, sure, but they also legitimately are interested in you and your story. Every time I've eaten at Citron, Charles has made it a point to take a break from his duties to ask me how work, the house, etc. are, and I can tell he cares. It's not a front. If he puts that much effort into a conversation with a patron, you better believe he puts his heart and soul into the dishes offered at Citron. In short, 11/10 would eat there again.
