Horrible product, support is not existent and rude...

Horrible product, support is not existent and rude towards me. If you're having trouble with your product and you are lucky enough to get through and talk with them, you'll not be able to understand what the hell they are talking about because of a language barrier. Horrible experience. Never again. How they manage to stay in business is beyond me.
