Made a reservation a few weeks before for a 50th Birthday/ Girls weekend celebration. We were seated quickly and placed our drink orders which came quickly. One of the hostesses came over to ask us who our Birthday girl was then dissappeared. We got our food, and 1 steak that should have been med well was med rare. We asked 2 other servers where our waitress was and noone came. After 10 minutes we got up to go look for her. A manager came over and took the steak back unapologetically, then 10 or so min later the waitress brought the same steak back and it was overcooked and like leather. Noone came to ask if it was ok. They never came back for more drink orders (which was their loss) or to fill our water glasses. None of our food was great. My pork chop was dry and I ate 3 bites. My first and last time at Crossroads! And still not sure why they asked who the Birthday girl was, she never came back! Not a place for a celebration!!
I usually chalk it up as a bad or busy night and wouldn't write a review but this was that bad!!
The put larger parties in a side room on outdoor furniture, I guess once your seated, your forgotten!
They did comp the steak, but it was to little to late. We weren't looking for a free meal!
