I was sold a gas stove to Austria, whose approval for Austria was questionable. On the attempt to complain or return the furnace, the support did not respond. To this day I have no answer, I stayed on the stove.

Conclusion:
It is very risky to order at Vieffetrade!

TO THE OWN REPLY OF THE OWNER:

1. There were several emails to the support (same address as leg purchase) which remained unanswered. There was no error message. It can be assumed that the mails were delivered. To date, there is no answer, no offer of redemption or compensation.

2.Vieffetrade did not refer to the allegedly existing article with the certificate valid for the region (advice and sale via e-mail), but without addressing it, sold and delivered the product with the wrong certificate.

Conclusion: The counter-representation of Vieffetrade (instead of trying to find a solution) clearly shows how they deal with their customers.
