Nick and his team are AMAZING! We had been approved for a conventional mortgage with our local bank (who also is known nationwide). A couple weeks before closing, they wanted to change our loan that would haved cost us in an additional closing costs and higher mortgage payment. I reached out to Nick and he was able to get the conventional loan with a BETTER APR, payment and less closing costs AND get the loan closed in an astounding 21 days! By having exactly everything they needed up front, along with getting the additional information the underwriter requested, back the same day, we were able to close on the home we were selling as well as our new purchase the same day!! If I could rate them 10 stars I would!!!
