We were traveling with our two Can-Am Spyder bikes...

We were traveling with our two Can-Am Spyder bikes from Atlanta, GA to Charlotte, NC...just outside of Greenville, SC one of the bikes broke down off of I-85. We searched for the closest Can-Am dealership and it was Powersports of Greenville. I headed there on my bike and left my boyfriend. He called the service department and 20 minutes later he called me to let me know that his bikebis being loaded on the truck and will be at Powersports shortly. The customer service, professionalism and dedication that Eithen the service manager treated us with are beyond words. The problem with the bike turned out to be a catastrophic engine failure and we had to leave the bike there. Eithen stayed in touch with my boyfriend throughout the entire process...worked hard with BRP to make it right and yesterday we picked up the bike...GREAT TEAM and we can only hope that Powersports of Greenville was near by. I will recommend the Service Department to anyone....No word can express our gratitude and appreciation we have....Eithen is a man of his word and his team is dedicated to their customers! If there were 10 stars...I would have given them 11!
