Was supplied screen protectionx2 that does not work with my Samsung S20 Ultra, the finger print recognition does not work so can't use Samsung pay as it works by fingerprint.
Was back today after getting voice mail saying your screen protection is here ready for pick up and went in, gave my name and nothing under my name, so tried another brand and guess what it does not work.
Asked if anyone has sent Email to Samsung and they where surprised with this question and obviously know one had so no again. can't use my phone as intended, looking like I need a smart view cover that Samsung have tried and tested. Why is this so difficult? Does anyone know of any brand that works with the new Samsung Ultra as Telstra don't. Any help would be appreciated.
