I don't understand whats with all the negative reviews here. I've never seen the reality show or met the owner. I've had nothing but a positive experience here. We bring our dog Zuko here once a week for about a year, he's a Queensland Heeler and needs the weekly exercise. He's never come back with any injuries. Every time I pull up to drop him off, he is jumping and howling in the back seat from excitement. The only time hes ever pulled on the leash is to get to the front door of this place faster! He runs and plays with the other pups all day and is spent by the time I pick him up in the evening. The biggest plus for me is that he has enough space to run around, and this place is like a big warehouse. No other doggy daycare has the space to match. LA Dogworks has helped us celebrate many holidays by accommodating Zuko for long stays so we can go out of town. There is even an option for a holiday themed meal sometimes! As long as you reserve in advance, you'll get a spot. Pick up and drop off is very easy, use the alley in the back or the front door on Highland. I've never met the owner but the staff is very professional and friendly. They treat my dog very well and I will continue to give them my business.
