It's difficult to be inbiased. The beer and the factory is excellent, the visited tour is terrible. All of individuals, chechish, english and german groups are started at 2 pm. All ... Not earlier, not later, everybody at 2. The groups are crossing each other's ways, you cannot hear your guide. The beer neverthless is on the top. I can offer to the management, buy a ticket to Amsterdam and look at the Heineken visitors center. That is the true experience.
It's hard to be impartial. The factory and beer are excellent, but the guided tour is a snap. Each individual visitor starts at two o'clock. Not sooner, not later, at two o'clock. Czech, English and German groups at the same time, crossing each other's path. The driver's voice cannot be heard, there is no sound system. The beer is still great anyway. I suggest drivers take a ticket to Amsterdam and check out the Heineken factory visitor center. That's the real experience.
