Stress free and straightforward! That was my experience with West Hills CJD. My search for a new vehicle started with Jay Powers in online sales. He responded to all my inquiries in a timely manner, especially amazing considering we were in contact for over three months before I finally visited the dealership. I was greeted by Jay when I did come in, and he passed me along to John Kielbasa in Sales and Leasing. It was so nice working with Jay beforehand, because John carried on seamlessly where Jay and I had left off. John was so easy to work with. I felt he was honest with me every step of the way, and nothing is more important when negotiating a sale. From my initial search to signing the final papers, it was a very positive experience overall.

I went back again to WHCJD looking for a commuter car for my wife. We traded in a vehicle and got great value on the trade in. We reached out to Jay in on-line sales and he recommended a few vehicles that matched our needs. Our first option was waiting for us when we arrived at the dealership for a test drive. We received help from both John and Mike during the test drive and closing. We ended up test driving two additional vehicles before finally making our decision. Jay, John, and Mike were awesome through the whole process. I'll for sure head back again!
