Firstly I would like to say that I am an ex property manager with wide experience within the industry. So I am automatically more critical because I know exactly what the standard of property management should be & I know the rules. I dealt with Katrina for several years. She has very high standards as should be expected from a property manager. Unfortunately many managers fail to maintain those standards, Katrina does not. Any owners property would be well looked after by Katrina. Plus if you are a good tenant you can't go wrong renting either. You will be valued for paying your rent on time & looking after the owners property. If I move back to Perth it will be Katrina who I will see first. Cheers Kerrie Taylor
