We are a brand new customer. I really love that we didn't have to sign a contract as I have no idea how long we will be in our current house (we are old and anything can happen). Justin did an excellent job. He was professional, proficient and polite. I like the technical details and he was very patient and explained all the component parts to me. He gave me a thorough overview of the cellular transmission platform and let me watch him work. He provided me with options for coverage and was helpful but not pushy. He was also efficient, and clearly experienced in his field. My only "issue" is that his face mask did not fit properly and kept falling below his nose, and I was quite concerned about COVID. Anyway, we are all fine and I am very pleased with Smith Thompson and highly recommend them to you if you are interested in home security.
