I purchased a truck in November 2012 from the resale center. When I first looked at it I commented on how dirty it was and was told it just came in and hasn't been cleaned yet. I bought it a week later and was told things needed to be taken care of and I could pick it up in two days. They left the keys in it and I picked it up at 10pm. I didnt realize untill the next day that nothing was cleaned. I have had to take it into the service department three time in four months. When i asked if it had a oil change before I bought it they didn't know. The service dept has been pretty good until the last time I went I took it in in March. I seemed to be inconveniencing him as I was talking to him. He told me they couldnt test drive it for two days because it was snowing. After I picked it up I had a question about a note they wrote on my slip. I had to speak to the same guy and he was very rude. Needless to say, I'm not happy with the service and will not be going back to DeLacy.
