I never write reviews but I m hoping this will help some people from having the same experience as me. Avoid this place and Nadav at all cost. It s like pulling teeth to get the spare key they owe me!!! I set up my appt at 12 and I get there he tells me I told you 1 I show him the text that clearly states 12. No problem I run some errands and come back the guy is still not there. No problem I ask to reschedule he says no he ll be here I ask him how long it will take he told me 5 min. The key guy gets there around 1:45 and I asked him how long it would take he told me 20 min. I tell them I have to reschedule because I have work and he told me 5 min We reschedule 12 Wednesday. I texted Nadav 20 min before to confirm. No answer. Sent another text that I m on the way. Then after I get there he tells me I need to reschedule. What???!!!! reschedule with people before they get there not after they drive all the way out!!!! I call the manager to reschedule again. Manager flips it on me says they tried but I had work not realizing the appt was for 12 which changed to 1 to 1:45. We rescheduled again. Then they text me we have to reschedule. So I schedule with another associate Nadia. Then a second later an associate Alayna calls me to reschedule. They obviously can t get it together. This is their 5th time rescheduling with me. I work 2 jobs I don t have time to go back and forth with them. I honestly regret going here. It looks like I m not getting my spare key. They don t care about you after they get their commission from their sale!!. They definitely don t respect your time or you as a client. I have bought a new car with no spare key. I will have to buy one myself. So disappointed I work at two hospitals and I would feel so bad if I made a client drive to our hospital and then tell them we need to reschedule and to reschedule with them 5 times but they don t give af! This place is a joke AVOID at all costs!
