I purchased a new Mazda 3 Hatchback Preferred Trim...
I purchased a new Mazda 3 Hatchback Preferred Trim from this dealership a month ago. Initially my car buying experience with this dealership was smooth. It wasn't until 2 weeks after I purchase my car from the dealership did I realize the finance department made mistakes. So much to the point where I really do regret dealing with them...Here is a quick list of some of the issues I encounter:
- The finance team made multiple mistakes on my paperwork. Which resulted in me returning 3 times to sign documents that should of been done the first time around.
- My paperwork was not process properly. They wasn't even aware of the mistake.
-Their foolish mistake caused the car I traded-in to be paid off after 23 days. (It would of been longer if it wasn't for me following up.)
Honestly if it wasn't for the poor execution of the financing team doing their job, i would of actually gave this dealership a 5 out of 5.. Mazda of Orange will never get my business again. They left such a bad taste in my mouth.
