Worst experience ever. It took us 1.5 hour to get our rental gears even though we paid and booked online. The rentals were in bad shape. The second day all the lifts were closed because of the wind. Not their fault but after being told by the staff at he parking that we would get a refund at the office they refused to to refund anything. Very poor customer service.
