Seeing Lady Liberty was one of the best parts of visiting NYC for the first time! The new museum is lovely and I enjoyed the interactive art exhibit. Don t fall for the schemes of the ticket sellers in Battery Park- they will lie! Go straight to the castle to purchase tickets and get in line if you want to go to Liberty Island and Ellis island. Beautiful ferry ride views to both islands and we did a self guided tour.
