Status has a highly supportive management team, and a thorough company safety program. My supervisors in the field are proactive in ensuring apprentices are involved hands-on with tasks that are less common/job specific. They do an excellent job of facilitating learning and grown within the trade, with regular follow up and feedback. You can see the difference in a job done by a company which places focus on quality, compared to one which simply demands production. Great experience.
