I never actually stayed there. I had made a reservation, but with the wrong dates. I called to cancel the reservation the same day (as the dates were completely wrong) and it was confirmed with the guest services. I log into my credit card today to check the balance and I noticed a charge of $200 for a no show. I call to talk to someone and I'm told there is nothing they can do, its within their policy to charge a no show fee, even though I canceled. Unacceptable! I called and canceled 3 months ago, it is not my fault that the clerk didn't finalize whatever needs to be done.
