My online payment was declined for some reason and...

My online payment was declined for some reason and could not proceed with the booking online. I rang the customer services and spoke to Mike first who kindly directed the call to the online team. BRATT handled my call and assisted me throughout the process. He also helped upgrade the baggage allowance from 30 kg to 40 kg at a very minimal cost. He also looked into my query as regards to my baggage allowance which I had booked at an earlier tI'm since it was not shown in my confirmation email. Glad to learn from him that I also got a 40 kg baggage allowance.
This is my first time to book a flight from Crystal Travel and would definitely not going to be the last and would also happily recommend this to friend. Aside from a very good fare deal, the staff are very kind and professional in dealing with their customers. I had a very great pleasure of speaking to Bratt and Michael. They are highly commendable.
