I have had the absolute worst time with being refu...

I have had the absolute worst time with being refunded for over charges on my account. I cancelled two out of passes on my account and was still be charged for the two passes. Per six flags membership you must cancel atleast two weeks prior to your annual membership ending. I continued to be charged. When I contacted the customer service the representative assured me that she saw were I put in a cancelation but it was not fully cancelled for some reason and that she would put it in to have the TWO passes cancelled. Well she cancelled all four of my passes and I have yet to be refunded. I will never purchased these passes again and will not be bringing my kids back. Why put in a process on cancellation and you still charge your customers?? Six flags doesn't honor what they say.
