Worst hospital stay! Poor care from doctors, nurses, and other departments. My son was there in October for over 2 weeks still dealing with a MRSA infection in his surgical site! Staff was rude! Dietary would put his tray on table against wall he could not reach it because he was unable to get up due to his injuries. Then to top it off Baptist billed my son for the amount that was above the amount his insurance said was allowed. Calling him multiple times a day wanting money then sent him to collections for money he did not owe! Amazing when his insurance called the hospital his bill went to zero June 1 his insurance paid the bill in December so for 6 months they harassed him! On a scale of 1-10 1 being the worst I would give them a 1! I have tried on more than one occasion to contact Baptist about his care and never get a return call even though I am told that somebody would contact me.
