I constantly work with CHLA they are great. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because pulmonary dept is horrible to reach never returns calls and takes weeks to get anything clarified. Case managers for pulmo dept are not great either. I don't know if it's too busy and they are always low staffed or they are just rude al together. Over all other dept I have no issues with and medical record always helpful with getting paperwork on time.
