Stay away from this place they will do everything to just take your money from you and pretty much leave you homeless and out in the cold. I don't know how they can sleep at night having taken $1700 (that was supposed to be refundable). They are a scam ring and prey on people who are vulnerable and desperate. Do not bother even applying because they will use that to take and KEEP your money, regardless of whether you end up signing a lease with them. The communication from them for the most part is non-existent but when they do, they go back and forth and change their minds over and over again. Anything to string you along until you have no other recourse. It has been over 7 weeks and I was told that they would get back to me , and of course, not a peep from them. They are AWFUL and and a plain rental SCAM. Do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY!
