I often rent from Enterprise, and when traveling to Raleigh recently, I knew I would need transportation and they we're my go-to car rental preference. I have rented cars from Enterprise in Pennsylvania, Georgia and North Carolina, and not one time have I ever had a bad experience. They were very friendly, humorous professional, and willing to make sure my rental experience was the optimum. When I arrived at Raleigh airport and picked up my car there turned out to be a little mechanical issue with the car I was issued. I called them and they set me up with a replacement car that was even better than the one I rented, at no extra cost! Raleigh Enterprise went above and beyond! They were customer service oriented and that's what keeps me coming back. Awesome sauce Enterprise!! I look forward to seeing you guys again soon, as I have already scheduled my next rental! Thank you for making my rental experiences rock!!
