This place is hopping but when I've eaten there before feels totally greasy. Tables are grimy, everything felt dirty. BBQ is so so, just haven't tried a decent BBQ joint in Columbus yet. Got food to-go the last time because I didn't want to eat there, plus it's very noisy. Waited for two minutes at the to-go area, while worker stood there folding boxes staring at me.... no one else coming through. I finally said I'm waiting on a to go order. She commented that she hadn't realized that's what I was waiting for. I feel like staff should acknowledge an individual standing and waiting at a to-go desk. Especially when a few feet apart facing each other, but she wanted to finish folding those darn boxes. Could've asked me to hold a sec, at least acknowledge me. It's family oriented and kid friendly.
