I was told by Best Buy that my battery was bad when they tried to fix it they said had broken the phone and that I had to go to Apple and they would give me a new phone went to Apple they said it was not broken and it just needed a new battery but when they put the battery in its only at 19 percent battery some one is lying and it s probably Apple
