We got our living room set (two leather sofas, an ottoman and TV stand) at China Towne. The gentleman (Roger maybe?) was great. Showed us the difference between real leather and the poly fiber that we had been looking at In Watertown. He helped us find a TV console that fit our style and utility when I asked him his opinion between a few different pieces. He opened our eyes to the quality of furniture that the China Towne sets as it's standard. The furniture was delivered on a blizzard of a day and the delivery men were kind with smiles on their faces. Naturally, we looked to them to furnish my husbands new office and were sorely disappointed with the customer service. We spent a whole day getting to and in the store only to be told that office furniture was sold online and were handed a magazine and left for the rest of the time we were in the gallery. Later, I found different desks online than in the magazine and when I called to find out prices- their female representative never called me back. We really wanted a good quality office suite, however their inability to make pricing and purchasing available through practical needs did not suit our family. I hope they will find a way to make it easier for other businesses and families to purchase their goods in the future.
