Charged me $420 for tickets. 15 minutes later, sent me an e-mail basically saying tickets weren't available anymore, woopsies. Sat on the phone for 30 minutes waiting to talk to customer service because I still need tickets but I didn't want to be charged another $400 and not be guaranteed my tickets. Awful customer service.
