I have been trying for several days to have someone call me regarding issues with my Laptop, Model 330S-15ARR. Seems they prefer that you reach them via Facebook. Seriously? I want to speak to a live person. I am not going to follow instructions via a FB message. So sorry I purchased this product. The screen flickers off/on. The laptop is plugged in, but I have a message "plugged in, but not charging". Should have purchased another HP.
