They purchased a property in June and they are slowly getting rid of all the long-term residents who live there they have priced it out of everything in the area we can t even survive can t afford food and they don t really care all they care about is the bottom line they haven t cleaned up the mess the weeds fix the things that haven t been fixed their maintenance manager is worthless and all keep saying is we are doing our best. Rent is maybe $50 less than my Social Security . all I keep hearing is there s nothing we can do I could tell you out of one building they are losing six residents out of 20 so far. Some of these residents have been there for over 12 years are they think that s how bad it is
