Waited 1 hour 30 mins for my oil change and filter...

Waited 1 hour 30 mins for my oil change and filter and update on a code. But instead of telling me the update guy is not there they just when over 1hour and 30 mins when I notice my oil change was done at 40mins so I asked around till I had to go into the service desk and they finally came out and tell me " oh he guy is not here to do your update, still waiting on him" smh never coming here again. I had a better experience Honda North in Clovis.
