Stayed in Shangri-La Jing An from Feb 1 to 3 as we...

Stayed in Shangri-La Jing An from Feb 1 to 3 as well as from Feb 8 to 9.

First of all my experience from Feb 1 to 3. The rooms are very pleasant, cozy, and luxurious. However, there was one incident that occurred on Feb 2. The card key lock had run out of my battery therefore I ran downstairs to the front desk to inform them. They sent someone up with me to confirm that the battery was gone.

The worst part of it is that since the battery lock was out I discovered that I could easily push the door open. Nothing was missing but who knows whom could have entered the room. This doesn't make me feel safe.

Second of all I had to wait 30 mins for the engineer to come to change the battery. I was late for my appointment. I received no apology and staff seem to brush it off like a normal routine day.

On my second stay on the date of Feb 8 I would like to mention that there was blood stains on my blanket covers which I called and notified front desk. Housekeeping was prompt and even provided me with a complimentary bottle of red wine which is nice. Nevertheless the experience was kinda gross.
