Thank you for raising the rent $115 over what I was paying being a single parent and all! Also, I never received my renewal notice until 5 days before the end of the Month. Way too make an impression on those residents who cannot afford almost $1000 rent. Looking for a new apartment has been difficult and I had to re-sign with your apartment complex because i cannot afford for my son and I to be homeless again.

Also, instead of sending out a form agreement saying "Hey. were your new managers?" Why not give us residents ample notice( like a couple months) that you will be taking over the community. Way to shine!
