Very bad experience, had to practically beg for a receipt and was questioned why I needed one after returning the vehicle. The guy at the desk was rude and lazy, probably didn't want to get up to print me a receipt. Eventually I got a receipt in a email. The manager should fire someone that doesn't want to deal with customers that's in a position that he has to deal with customers. Pathetic.
