I ve been going to Toyota Broadway for 5+ years and it s always been a great experience. Tuesday I dropped off my car for a service and single tire replacement (I bought my tires a little over a year ago from them, still under warranty) From Tuesday morning to Wednesday at noon I received 5 different quotes from Ian, my service advisor, ranging from $0-175. I had to ask repeatedly for the quote to be explained, with each explanation more confusing than the one before it. I called the service manager and was sent to voicemail, never getting a response.

After 24 hours of going back and forth and having to Uber on my own dime to get around, we agreed to a price. I then asked what time my car would be ready and my advisor did not respond. I again called the service manager and again went to voicemail, though this time I did receive a call back from John around 5:15, 45 minutes before closing.

Sadly, I won t be back again. Worth the trouble of driving from the Eastside to Beaverton Toyota to avoid going through that again.
