At the beginning of my stay a credit card was given for their required hold for the room, tax, and incidentals. When checking out a different card was given to charge the room. The initial credit card given at check in was charged as well as the second card given at check out. It took 30 mins with various managers to get me to the correct person to speak to and an additional three days to resolve the issue. At the end of it, they said it will take 3-5 business days to receive the credit issued, not giving the inconvenience of having about $1,500 caught up in limbo a second thought.
