We bought an LG TV from Marks electrical on the 2nd January. Scheduled a delivery which they failed to advise us wouldn't be happening due to the item being out of stock. Rescheduled delivery : wrong TV in the box. After several calls chasing them during the following week to which I kept being told that they would contact us with an update, they didn't... (the girl said she had been to busy to call back...) Correct TV turned up.
So, correct TV is now here but wrong controller. Which I requested be replaced on the same day of delivery of said TV (2 weeks ago tomorrow) I have heard absolutely nothing from them in regards to this since being told it would be rearranged as soon as possible and had the expected "we will call you back" that seems to accompany these calls without any intention! This is now two months on from the original purchase date. This kind of service is nothing short of disgraceful. I would not advise using Marks Electrical and nor will I be using them again unless they were to offer substantial compensation for this cocophony of errors and poor customer service.. (Which I doubt they will recognise as their fault.) It's a real shame as I always prefer to go to a smaller retailer as you normally get a better service and care... it just seems like they do not care in this instance. Absolute Let down.
