Went there in November 2017. Because of the location of Odaiba, there is a distance from downtown but I loved the shuttle bus to Disneyland and DisneySea. Thanks to you, I went to Disney and Mr. Disney. There are several shuttle times, so you can apply in advance. If you can't sleep late, you can change the time by calling the lobby. The return shuttle is also well guided for easy boarding. As I was in Odaiba, it was nice to be near Unicorn Gundam. The subway to Odaiba is a bit expensive, so if you are going to the city often, you should think about it.
