I had the opportunity to work with JC and it was a painless experience. It helps when the salesperson is knowledgeable about the car and can walk you through the process and answer any and all questions you may have. Surprisingly, it was a quick process and JC made it even better. I'm definitely looking ahead to working with him again on another vehicle for a family member.
