I had an overall average experience with Xperiencia Virtual. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was satisfactory. However, I found the product selection to be limited and the prices to be slightly higher than other online stores. It would be great if they could expand their inventory and offer competitive prices. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
